Can Cleanse get a decent cooldown?

I would like to use something else besides flash. Cleanse has some good qualities, but is simply not used because it does not stop suppression. On top of that, it has a huge cooldown compared to .

sixty sec CD Cleanse 210 sec CD

Can when buff it to 140 seconds? It still not as effective as Qss but might by a more competitive spell.

Also can the distortion enchantment lower cleanse CD ?

Otherwise you might as well remove the spell as almost no one uses it.

Because it's a niche pick. I see it get taken in lane against Veigar because it saves you from his stun, which he needs to land to get a lot of his damage off. Its what you get when you're going to be facing an opponent who has a single cc that you can't afford to be hit by. It could probably use some buffs, but given its nature its not really designed to be a common pick so using the fact that it isn't picked a lot isn't a great argument.

That is a good point. But in that same example with viegar, flash can avoid the stun and damage all together. Plus re-position for only 90 second more cooldown which is why flash is almost alway picked. What it offers does more than the other spells.

That is why I am saying cleanse would be more appealing on a lower cooldown.

Nothing gets picked over flash really, which is kind of a separate issue. Cleanse would replace the other summoner spell, which it occasionally does because against a Veigar cleanse could be more useful than a ignite or heal.

Honestly, I'd like Cleanse to get merged with Barrier, and adjusted accordingly. Heal has the mini-ghost, Barrier could have the QSS effect. I'd make it only break CCs though, not marks/Supresses, so that the summoner itself can't be used to hard counter champions based on those mechanics.
