How do you report people to Riot again?

Ok sure but why··1 votes·258 views

So, uh, there was this massive troll in my Gold ranked games who inted and stole all my jg's camps (By going Nunu with smite) Then Kalista trolled and inted as well by trying to use her spear passive on me while I was IN LANE in the hopes I'd get killed

Everyone reported them, but they didn't even get warnings

Here's proof
