riot: here is a celerity nerf that you wanted

me: uh, i didn't ask for celerity nerf. celerity is fine, but quinn isn't. if you nerf celerity you inadvertently nerf a roster full of champions.

Quinn got her base armor nerfed which is huge in lane since anything besides her Q draws minion aggro. She is so good right now because tanks are not played, but Riot is about to buff them so I expect Quinn to be under a 50% win rate in 2 to 3 patches without being touched again.
