Excess IP ... Can we gift champions for 2x the cost?

Soo... I have 30k IP and i'm 100% sure there are people with more and i'm not here to brag about it.. I've named changed quite often now cause i have no other use for the IP.. I own every champion (except karma bcuz fuck karma <3) and every rune that is worth buying along with some random shit like attack speed yellows just for the "lawls"

I think it would be kinda neat if you could at least gift fellow friends champions for 2x the IP. New player experience is already kinda bad so this would at least be a nice way for veterans to help new players get started.

Love this idea. I have over 70k IP , I'll never be able to spend it all, and I like to give gifts, so it would be nice to be able to gift with IP too.

The only problem is that it would encourage botting with disposable (and free) accounts to sell IP.

This basically. I'm not sure how bad it would be, but people would set-up bot nets just to farm IP and sell champions. You'll see on Ebay "Gifting champions 5 dollars each" or whatever.

Maybe rent skins? Like in craft system - 7 day activation for, say, 2-3k IP. If you main a certain champion and play much it would be enough to have your favorite skin up all the time.
