So i was reading PBE and i found that little gem

Possible Champ Nerfs Taric, Leona Both are performing extremely well. Need to assess how much of that is Aftershock though.

And i am like yeah they are right but then it hit me... Aftershock Armor/MR granted is currently inappropriately multiplicative with temp Armor from stuff like Leona W or Rammus W, fixing that at least, might also be too strong in other respects.

[ADDED 11/16] Rammus

Base armor lowered from 40 to 36

So anything that is not bot lane and its a threat to ADCs is getting DOUBLE gutted

and everything that is there to protect the ADC its like "Yeah we are not sure if we should nerf leona or taric because we are gonna see how the Aftershock nerf would effect them"

But ofcourse this is not the case for rammus huh?

You reallize that -4 armor already make him struggle in the jungle clears the nerfs on aftershock would make him even worst the 0 MR that all champions have right now effect tanks more than anything the whole RESOVLE tree is useless except Guardian and Aftershock and both are gonna get gutted...

BUT YOU COULDNT WAIT FOR RUNES NERFS SO YOU DESTROY RAMMUS? but ofcourse how dare rammus can threat the bot lane...INSTA NERFS but when it come to supports and bot lane Riot take their time...
