Whether you consider him overpowered or not, it is hard to argue that vlad is fun to play against. He just spams abilities and pokes you down with no real opportunity to punish him other than all-inning him early. Something needs to be done about his kit so it is less of an un-interactive lane while he can just continuously poke with no resource cost while constantly regaining health.

What is fun going against any opponent. Its not suppose to be fun! Its suppose to be a challenge the only way it will be fun to you is when the other opponent is not having fun.
There is no equal ground in this game unless you mirror match. There will always be someone with an advantage and this goes for the real world as well
Dedrius2 votesWhen I say fun to play against, I think of someone like Jax. He has clear windows of opportunity to play with his opponent and his kit favors interaction unlike vlad. Vlad's kit favors resourceless poke that also sustains him which makes trading against a vlad pretty silly because he will just sustain it all back or poke you down with no resource.
Besides all-in at level 3 there is little reason for interaction with vlad because his sustain will allow him to win every trade but he can also poke you down with no risk.

LSD LobsterMoney1 votesSure, there are more champions that need a rework, and vlad is not OP, he can be countered, if you just want to go full dmg against a vlad in top well good luck your going to get killed cause all your dmg is gone he heals in nothing so basicly the 450 dmg that you did for example is gone with a lvl 3 q for about 2 times, or 3 so yeah you need to build tanky against him to be able to resist lane not to kill him your point is avoid that he gets the kills and if you want to kill look at the map use your tp and roam but dont try against him if you dont feel secure enough
