Personally I think 
ult is pretty bad. Only saving grace is passive procs and the fact that it can disorientate. Also evolutions.
's isn't that amazing either, considering it isn't likely you'll hit every bounce. Also the whole, if you get snared you're out of an ult... 
is pretty lackluster. Often it isn't even noticeable.

Bjerger King II1 votesZac was so fun when he first got released. He's a blob that was able to go through all CC. Now he's like old jello that's all hard and gets caught in traps. Kha'Zix a once premier champion is now at the Taric level. Singed is a steroid and fits his kit fairly good. The worst ult I think at the moment is probably Pantheon. It's just not fun to play him. Just my thoughts.

proc on every attack for 12 seconds. Adds quite a bit of damage, but it's pretty boring.
