It's a fair request, literally every other top lane bruiser is better than her at everything.

Fiora has been one of the strongest and most prominent top laners since her rework. Even now, she's only sitting at a 49% winrate which is totally acceptable. Riot should put more effort into reworking/buffing champions who are outdated or underperform like Shen, Olaf, Trundle, etc.

Fiora has been one of the strongest? Shes been mediocre at best for a while. Sure for a while after the rework she was broken, and then she was nerfed down ever since and has been in an acceptable state since then. Shes not really weak, but shes not overbearingly strong either. She has about a third the pick rate of Jax(used as an example for both a popular and overbearing character) while having a 3% lower win rate. I dont think that classifies as "strongest and most prominent".

Well, first off I said "one of the strongest and most prominent", I didn't claim she was number one. She's historically been a strong pick and in the right hands she can destroy any tank and a few/most fighters with ease.

Her winrate has always hovered around a 49-51% winrate which is good considering she's got a fair playrate. I also wouldn't compare her to Jax who's a bit overtuned right now.
