No, he is not broken. His winrate is not high. He is banned because he is extremely unfun to play with and against, forcing your team comp to be useful (in your team) and getting fed every time (enemy team). I don't like to dodge a tornado every 8 seconds, I don't want be zoned from my minions just because of his pressence, I don't want my armor items to mean shit to him, I don't like that wall in my games, and by the way I'm sick of listening to his voice due to his spammy nature. So as long as I can, (and looking at the reddit post many agree with me) I will ban him.

Yasuo is balanced. He's sitting at a pretty reasonable winrate, and has been for a while. He has a high ban rate, becuase, he's one of the, if not the most, hated champion by the community. Which is why Riot is reworking him, not just directly nerfing him.

He is balanced. The only reason to ban him if if youre in low elo and you know your shit teammates will feed.

he hasnt dropped below 75% since patch day. i dont realy care about yasuo he will probably be permabanned from ranked until preseason 8 at least i just feel sorry for the players in normal games.
