Goodjob riot! I really like this champion, seriously good job, i liker her design, audio, how she plays but after i think around 100+ games since her release there are a couple things i'd like to mention.

Note: I don't think she needs any buffs, she feels good to play as and against in most cases but there are a couple things that crossed my mind and i thought they were good food for thought.

  1. What if neeko could turn into Minion's?

Imagine you run to a side lane to CS a huge minion wave, attack a minion and BOOM "You thought it was a Melee Minion, but no! IT WAS I, NEEKO!" I'm sure this was tested in development but i thought i'd mention it. Her passive as is can sometimes feel a bit...useless admittedly, i feel like i'v gotten okay at using it but i'm sure in High ELO it's basically pointless.

  1. Why not make Neeko's W similar to Reworked Leblance's R+R

Neeko's W is a pretty okay ability, but in general it really doesn't do much for neeko. She becomes invisble for .5 seconds, which is nice don't get me wrong, you can use this invisibility to dodge a lot of things and the clone she makes while it simply runs in a direction, it can block skillshots among other abilities if timed correctly(it won't block them simply by using your W like Yasuo's Winwall will.). My personal favorite way's to use the W is to send it at a Kled that's ulting at me, he'll target the clone against his will, or to send it at a jhin right into his face so he has to wait to fire or waist shots by accident. In terms of actual usefulness though? It falls short a little because it just frankly doesn't do anything, most opponents know which one is the clone and which one isn't and while sure you can use it with your passive it doesn't fix the fact that neeko's W does nothing but run in a direction she's pointing and make her invisible for .5 seconds.

Sooooo why not give her the recently reverted leblance's R+R, for those who don't remember leblance could R+R and make a clone of herself anywhere on the map that would copy her last ability used but it would deal no damage. Neeko's W should not be global but if her clone copied her last ability used it would be a pretty effective tool for her to bait enemies out, and it would be a bit hard to tell that the clone was not actually neeko.

All in all i think that Neeko is really well designed, riot did a pretty damned good job, she's simple, easy to pick up but she has a lot of potential and while i don't think any changes are Necessary it's fun to think about them.

You obviously have just built her cookie cutter mage, because of what you said about her W.

Try a item 3124 build with it and item 3115 , and you'll sing a different toon about W being worthless.

On hit AP uses it and her ult FAR better than a pure AP, because when you W, her next auto is almost guaranteed to reach its target. If you prime it to attack 3, it's a big harass hit, and your opponent can't really even trade you because of the invisible and clone. It plays a trick on your brain: always be wary of the closest object.... which in many cases is the clone.

Furthermore, On hit Slaughters a LOT of meta top champs, like Garen Illaoi Tryndamere MonkeyKing Nasus . These champs are pretty much forced to lose over half their CS to survive.

Fair, it's useful for that, but i'm mainly speaking of the Active for the W.
