The Deckowner1 voteshis dmg is very unreliable because it's avoidable. his entire kit other than his ult can be dodged and even if not dodged it's dmg isnt very significane.
If the enmy just stand toe to toe and let you spam your abilities for teo rotations then yes your damage is decent, otherwise no.

Its actually funny that you mention Janna becuase she is also one of the most picked supports while having one of the highest win rates. Both her and Nautilus have the highest win rates in their role with some of the highest pick rates. That means that they are over tuned and need something taken away since everyone is picking them and being successful.

That leaves little reason to pick anyone other than her when she is actually doing better than everyone else. That's why she is one of the most picked supports while also being the highest performing. idk what world you live in where its ok for a champion to do that much better than everyone else in the role.
