Fiddlesticks still has one of the worst performances in jungle post-buff...
He got hit hard with a thousand changes at once. Other keystones and items got stronger while his got weaker. Blue buff no longer gives AP. Raptors and Kruggs take him ages to clear while the removal of small buff monsters made buff camps take longer too. No other jungler in the game had clear speed reduced for both buff camps and minor camps because they have either single target or aoe damage.
Make his drain automatically switch targets when it kills something so he can actually do kruggs without spending 2 minutes and his entire mana bar. Make his dark wind have a unique bounce cap against monsters so he can clear raptors. He need significant clear improvement just to make up for the nerf to rylai's and removal of blue buff AP.
