the vayne buff isn't significant the lucian buff isn't significant either
the leblanc buff on the other hand is going to give her like 3% win rate
That Leblanc buff won't even be noticeable since she maxes E last. She will be still weak.

Vayne got like 40 more damage over the whole fight if she uses her E to stun rather than just to push away the attacker. Thats actually a buff in the right direction(not like she needs one) LB got her +damage on her only skillshot, and on its 2nd part so she has to stay close to her target for a while and risk receiving the retaliation. Again, this is probably like the best direction for buffing her Khazix uses his Q like every second. It is undodgeable, and it is his primary tool for killing and farming. That will make him just better at everything he does.
