Have Turrets gain attack speed against Champions

Too many times have I seen champions get away scott free after being under tower for a long period of time cause of how slow the damn thing shoots.

And if possible, can we have it attack the champion that is attacking us and not the one who attacked first? These things are suppose to protect us right? Then why the hell is it shooting Garen while Rek'sai is the one on top of me?

Honestly, that nerf made these things useless. I rather have a super minion.

You defend your tower, not the other way around.

Not to mention that juggling tower aggro would be even easier if it switched targets before they died/left range
