This champ is literally trash. I wanted to write some long rant about it but I can't form enough words to say it. I played 1 urf game with him and determined that until he is COMPLETELY reworked, I will NEVER play him again. 16 fucking seconds just to E in URF... what does that convert to, like every 150 seconds in a norms???

55.62% WR/1.52% PR are his stats right now and I can see why... the all mighty powerful dragon sucks major dick and no one wants to play him.

You'd think maybe building AP would make his stars bigger, rotate faster, or explode as they smash into things... instead they go on cd for like 5 seconds in between casts of his W now and completely ruin the unique characteristic that IS Sol. Why make his E have such a huge cd? Why make his Q have such a huge awkward gap? Why does his R feel like a less exciting version of Lux's R? .... I think you should sit down the pencils and papers on Voli Riot and focus on reworking this pile of trash you're neglecting.
