The Phantom Dancer is a rush item, because its new passive gives Tryn 12% MS and reduces all damage taken from the enemy you last attacked by 12% (which is crazy good).

Any reason in particular you think those items would be good pickups on them?

& are supposed to be Damage Casters.
New : Grants +65 attack damage and +20% critical strike chance.
Grants Unique Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction.
Grants Unique Passive: Grants 1% Cooldown Reduction for every 1% of your Critical Strike Chance from sources other than Essence Reaver, up to 20%.
Grants Unique Passive: Critical strikes restores 3% of your maximum mana.
This is so far my only WOULD TOTALLY BUY ON possibly along with to give him even better Buckshot like autos since IE gives him extra bullets in the cone during a critical attack. Sadly though his Auto CAN miss after this change. Not like someone else's auto attacks can miss... -->

Phantom Dancer is the ultimate stick item. There's no getting away from that. And imagine it on Darius, Mordekaiser... And with the damage reduction, they're still tanky. Poppy's also getting reworked. That's good.
Lafouboy1 votesI think that Phantom Dancer is going to be one of the best pickup items on many different champions. It just has too much for it to not be an extremely gold efficient/powerful item. On someone like Trynd, I think it will be ridiculous.

Yeah, I agree. And there's new masteries... which seem pretty strong.
