Is it possible to cast tiamat/ravenous active during hecarims on-target dash?

I think Ive somehow been able to squeeze it in on a few occasions just at the end of the charge while the movespeed buff is still active(buffing ad, which buffs active dmg)

Sadly I cant seem to repeat it on demand, probably because It requires some serious animation canceling(not my forte), that is if im not mistaken and its actually my mind playing tricks on me.
