When to build Titanic Hydra as a Jungler??

Titanic Hydra is still a big Questionmark for me. I play Voli Jungle and there are following Items who are viable 3rd picks with good winrate, after my core:

Core: item 1401 item 3800

Possible 3rd/4th picks: item 3742 item 3053 item 3083 item 3065 item 3748 item 3078

While I build the other items regularly, i almost never build TH because I never know when its the right decision. On lane it's clear: if you are ahead (much gold) and wanna push waves hard, but in Jungle? When i am pretty fed early i tend to buy Triforce since it gives better stats and duelling power for Voli. Is TH better for fights? Or is it just to clear the jungle faster? And is it more important for Voli to clear jungle fast than buying one of the other (mostly cheaper) items? I don't know what I should think about this mechanic that enemy's behind my maintarget get more DMG. Also: Even if it has decent winrate, pro's in Dia+ also don't build it very often.

So back when i use to play bruiser eve heavily, got to D3 %80 W/L on an account, I started a build path i enjoyed that probably works in this instance. Basically you buy the initial jungle upgrade, not full cinderhulk, then rush the tiamat. More damage and faster clears = more gold. I then would finish off cinder, titanic, boots and then pure tank after that depending on their damage output (AD vs AP). Dont see why this wouldnt work for voli.

I prefer Titanic tbh, .. The synergy with his passive, and his W is just too good to miss imo. AA, TH, AA, W is a massive damage combo. With R active, you're layering even more damage in, but now you have both physical and magical.

And the AOE is great for clearing camps, split pushing, taking towers, and securing objectives.

TF is good, but it is expensive and gives Voli less of everything that you get from TH. Yes, you do get Spellblade and Rage, .. you do get more mana, attack speed, and movement speed, .. but I don't really think this is worth.

This is just my opinion. I'm sure others will disagree, and I'm sure that build sites will probably give stats in favor of TF, .. but I am just going off of what feels best for me.

Do you build it every game or just when ahead? Are there circumstances where you prefer other Items like Deadmans Plate over TH? If you build it when do you build it? Second Item? Third item? Or do you even rush Tiamat before finishing Jungle Item?

Hard to say since Voli doesn't need it to clear camps or for damage.

I'm not saying it doesn't; I rush it (Tiamat first) on WW and Xin often. I never had a need to rush it on Voli himself, though.

if you could build full ap volibear (dont dismiss it please :D) how COULD you build him so its at least viable with his stats.
