Pyke changes

I think it'd be reasonable to undo the near removal of his Q and E in exchange for the resets on his R. Maybe give him one cast per kill, per rank in the ability. Up to 3 total at rank 3.

I also think they need to stop pretending they designed a support and admit the entire champion design works better as a solo laner or jungler, and then change him based on the new position. But apparently there are enough people at bot lane who like getting killed by a true damage execute assassin that disagree.

Maybe if they were actually making changes that make him a better support, rather than making changes that only make him a worse solo laner, I'd be more inclined to agree with him being a support. But they aren't.
