How about we just nerf scuttle back to pre 8.10 and buff the jungle camp experience to be on par but not above the solo laners. Aside from Lucian all those are junglers so guessing that is why you made this thread.
I only see two champions here that are issues and that's jax and mundo...the rest aren't broken enough to warrant a nerf.
