Yes I have played it. My match history can tell you that. And I would have played more if my wrist weren't sore over this past weekend.
I like that you bring up Nemesis Draft though. Here's the way I see it: every game mode outside of the normal game has its own method of thought behind it and what to do. Part of the challenge of ARAM was taking what you believed was optimal for your team comp and running it blind into your opponent. ARSR took that challenge and added that extra kick as to what the best allocation would be for laning once you get into the game. I honestly found myself communicating more than I would in the meta game; swapping lanes, different builds, etc. Nemesis Draft practically did that same thing, only you had more time within champion select to really iron out what to do and where to go (or dodge because that's what happened to my games often). BMB was literally a game of thinking towards your minions with more creative itemization. They all have some level of thought to it.
It may have been simple and unoriginal as you could legit form a custom lobby and gather 10 willing players (if you can even gather that), but it was only bad if you played it with the mindset of a meta player. What irked me to respond is this:
And I really hope everyone is as honest as I was in saying that it is bar none the worst game mode anyone has ever conceived. The person who greenlighted this mode should be fired unless it was an intentional test to see if the insane amount of ARAM bots would be put into another mode.
Because honestly, this is the part that made me believe you didn't give it as much of a chance as you would have Nexus Siege or BMB over time. I didn't have ARAM bots. I didn't have ragers beyond that very first day (though my own game sample size is still low). I had a few big egos but that's always there. I at last had what fun I could because I sure know it won't fly easily in any regular game. And that's the part that sucks to me.
