Am I the only one who wants a "True Juggernaut"? No mobility, high tankiness, high damage.

The champ would have 0 mobility, and I mean 0. No engage tools, only sticking potential would be on the autos to slow enemies that somehow got in range. No CC that is hard CC besides a slow on autos to stick.

The champ would be absurdly hard to kill, like a toddler trying to kill an adult with a stick of cotton. In game terms an ulted level 18 Alistar with 300 armor/mr and 4k health.

This champ would have the highest damage in the entire game if people get in the champs range. Not burst but ramping damage similar to Darius but not with some buff but instead just hitting harder and harder with every consecutive hit landed. Maybe give the champ rage that only builds when he's being damage and isnt able to damage to cause his frustration to boil making his next attack do more damage to 1 target than a Karthus with 1k AP ulting an enemy team with 0 mr.

This sounds a bit exaggerated but you sort of get my point right? No mobility, no engage or hard cc, high stickiness, absurd tankiness, absurd damage. A literal walking death machine.

That's a terrible champion design.

Sighs then wordlessly points to fed Garen when you are the Villain.

it would be neat to have but unbalanced

You just described Mordekaiser (although his high stickinyness is tied to Rylais which riot is planning on changing completely) he's currently a garbage version of what you described.
So I don't think you will be seeing any new characters when there is one that currently fills that role even if he is trash tier atm

Theoretically Nasus would be that champion. In practice he's got most of it down except for unkillable since his sustain is very unreliable compared to most other juggernauts.

After the ult changes go through, he may very well be the champion you're looking for. Instead of rage building up though it would be stacks as you continually get stronger.

This sounds like a very interesting idea, though it would seem impossible to balance. Between influence from other champions that would make this champion op (lulu, zilean, ivern, etc.), and the implementation of alternative movement speed items (tri-force, ludens, etc.), this champion would be nearly impossible to balance and would be very over or underpowered. Good in theory, poor in practice.

This is pretty much a champion that already exists: Nasus

literally Mordekaiser

the next one after morde would be garen. a 30% ms buff really isnt much to work with, if you go through the entire champion pool and compare.

id say darius hook is even stronger than that. plus, he still has the option to go for item 3800 which is actually a decent item on him.

Volibear isnt very fast either.
