Stop queing up with an obvious problem and fix the problem. Be happy RIOT coddles you people, takes most of the responsibility from you, and only gives you a timeout when after you accrue 20 minute LPQ your next offense should be a permanently banned account. This is by far the worst offense in all of team online gaming but RIOT treats it with a slap on the wrist at best.
