Jayce's kit is inherently toxic

There isnt a reason for him to be that failsafe as both a marksman and a fighter. He excels in top lane AND mid lane. There is no reason for him to bully two lanes. He shreds resistances, gains attack speed and i swear, getting hit by his ball literally takes out so much hp alone. Granted i was lv 7 and he was lv 9 as i was a support when he walked into lane and q'd me for half my health, his only item being . There needs to be some balancing within his kit to be less toxic. Becaus that was just one example of that horrifying kit
