Riot took something that shouldn't work and made it work

im talking about are cute little machine gun firing murdering machine so riot chose to do something against what a lot of people say they chose QUANTITY(5.00 as like geez) over QUALITY(that 55% tho) and somehow it manages to work well he isn't that crit machine anymore he is an on hit oriented adc since on hits increase his quality more then ad(and to add to that a lot of on hit items grant attack speed) if we do some math here(without ie like i said he isn't a crit machine) if he is lvl 18 and we take fervor of battle with 10 stacks it'll do approximately 400 dmg EVERY SECOND assuming kog maw doesn't space his auto's(which becomes increasingly difficult past 3.25 as) when kog maw does crit during W(without crit runes or ie)he will do 110% of his dmg since double of 55% now theoretically + + a friendly carrying you should have 100% crit doing 5 attacks every second that do 110% dmg(also 10 bolts every second again assuming no auto spacing alongside how fast will charge) now i think that kog maw will be one of if not the only adc to build BORK as his first or second item since -it gives him an on hit affect -AS -lifesteal -extra kiting power and considering he will launch 5 attacks that do 6% of their current hp every second moving on we have the ever luxurious it has -AS -some tankiness against magic -on hits again he will do 40 multiplied by 5 magic dmg every second and synergies well with his W since it does magic dmg i think you would get the gist of why this item is good its basically a ranged hydra NOW if you really wanna get crazy and go the extra mile this item gives your first attack some extra mphhhhh to it and more AS i remember what i said i wouldn't recommend this item but c'mob 137.5% crits while on W are pretty dank(and the possibility of that occurring 5 times a second is even more dank) don't touch this item you'll run out of mana faster then 100% cdr sona with mana costs on (but if you magically pull this off that bonus onhit dmg will hurt however you will have to constantly back unless you have )
