I kinda hate when boards is like "low winrate?? MUST BUFF"

In regards to champions like etc. Like champions like this that when they are meta, literally break the game. Let's not forget that they still see pro play or play in higher divisions, and have items specifically for them that keep them in the game. People literally cried that vlad isnt meta despite him having three different items that basically scream indirect buff. Let's not forget he literally abused WotA
