listen here, Ghostblade no longer gives attack speed but it doesn't matter Jhin with essence reaver+rapidfire canon+IE was his core build before, and it was healthy not only it gives crit making him needing to be in 550 range to do massive damage but it took a long time to powerspike

the current build i'm using is into into this build is cancer you're able to do damage from 2000 range due to armor penetration, and the damage spike is acheived way too early

i literally killed varus with 200 hp, by doing one AA , pressed Q and AA again that crited, went in the bush and snared him then came back with 4th shot and killed him (i already wasted one AA) you can't do this with the crit build believe me you also can't 100-0 someone who's at 60 or 65% with the 4 shots of ulti from 2500 range

this is 10cents, armor pen will make jhin overpowered again
