New Hurricane

So i saw they were adding some new stuff to Hurricane and i was just wondering how much more it will cost if any and views on if it will still be good on Teemo. Currently i build or i what i shoot for in most cases with Hurricane being pretty core mainly cause it is cheep and i can push waves super fast and gives me great team fight if i can position correctly however i don't see much need for the crit and i dont know if the attk speed is getting nerfed and i imagine it will cost more. MS is nice though
