Why am I getting matched with negative quitters every game now?

This is actually so demotivating and preventing me from starting ranked again, literally every game, my team has a quitter....wtf?

I think it's because of Riots system of giving everyone silver when they go into ranked 1st time. Like I had a game where my Mid fed/Bot fed/Support fed constantly. We pinged missing we pinged where the kat was. We see her on the wards, but our bot lane is just sitting there attacking minions and she constantly got a free double kill. This is about average now in this game.

You do what you never get punished for. Verbal toxicity, whether people want to admit it or not, is down compared to the past. Its not as bad. Why? Because they get punished regularly. Quitters/afk pushers/farmers/throwers/etc. dont get punished by an automated system looking for keywords. You realize pretty quickly calling someone names will get you banned, but messing up all his cs, throwing his game, feeding his lane, afk farming for a loss, etc will rarely, if ever, get you in trouble unless you admit to it in chat or flame.

So thats the avenue all these trolls take now. I have a quitter damn near every other game; either on my team, or the enemies. If its not my team having a guy rage 1v5, rage split pushing, rage jungle farming, rage quitting, its the enemy team that has one. It sours the game a ton. Its not fun winning a gmae where some guy is running it down top non stop, or some jungler is afk farming for 25 minutes and you never see him. Its not fun to have that on your team either. But, they never get punished, thats why they keep doing it.
