League needs more diversity

It gets dull when you play against the exact same 20 champions every game.

Top: Fairly diverse Jungle: and Mid: and AD: and , but there aren't many viable ADCs. Support: would be pretty diverse if it wasn't for and

I'm not saying that these champions are too strong or overtuned or anything, but they're overshadowing the others. I've see two s all season long and it was the same Skarner main I've run into twice, and only a few more s, s, s, s (yay for the rework), s, s, and so on. It's pretty sad that a lot of champions got left in the dust and you're at a disadvantage playing them instead of the meta.

When a champion fits a certain meta better it stands to reason they would get picked more. It would make no sense to intentionally inhibit your chances of you aren't a strong player at that off meta champ

Rito makes a lot of extremely niche champs each with a small base of mains.

You are just getting unlucky. I have a lot of diversity on my team. That isn't Riot's fault, that is just people playing what they wish to play. Riot can't do anything about that. At least you are gaining experience on how to play against those champs.

I have 1300 games this season, it's not unlucky, I think that Skarner main has died by now
