Does anyone else go on a losing streak every time they are promoted?

I'm just wondering, because this happens to me every single time.

I was just on a good winstreak which got me to promos and now I'm in Silver 3. I lost the first 3 games I played.

It happens every time, I get promoted, I go on a big losing streak and I can wait for a while before playing and it still happens.

And what sucks is the games we lost, we could've won, but for whatever reason my teammates start becoming extremely toxic spending time just typing and then people start getting caught out and it ends up in a throw. I'm always the one saying "guys we need to focus please" but it never works.

Like...is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else? This happens every single time I am promoted and once I'm able to actually win a game it becomes fine.

Not a "QQ ranked suks i lost" thread, just wondering if anyone else finds that they go on flat losing streaks after being promoted/having a win streak.
