Can we fking nerf ignite

Meh, I don't think it's really op, because falling victim to it is your own problem in a lot of cases. If the enemy laner has ignite and you KNOW it's off cooldown, then you should trade at <50% HP at your own risk, unless you know you can outdamage them + ignite. Also, if you take ignite and fall behind in lane, ignite drops a ton in value. Allow me to put it into perspective. You are playing Vayne, and you are smashing your lane by some act of God. You hit 6 and immediately decide to press the go button. The enemy bot support, helpless against your might with bilgewater cutlass ignites you to very little effect as you run them down anyway, and sustain right through it. Take the same scenario, you are smashing on Vayne with Cutlass, but this time when you hit the go button, the support exhausts you, thus allowing them and their ADC to escape to trade another day. Basically, ignite is only good for two uses: Blowing up a target, and countering healing/HP regen champions and abilities ( ) Were I to try to balance Ignite, and keep in mind I am silver and probably don't have as good an eye for balance, I would not touch the damage, but rather the grievous wounds. Rather than cutting healing by 40% at all levels, maybe 10% or so at lvl 1 and scale up to 60-80% at lvl 18, making it less useful early game, while giving it more of an anti-healing clear identity in late game stages. OR Maybe you think it's op for a different reason. Care to elaborate?
