LeBlanc's rework was a total fuckking failure. They got some fat neckbeard who has never played LeBlanc in his life to be in charge of her rework, and he decides that he is going to have her entire kit based around landing a chain. That dude needs to have his ass whooped. She was completely fine the way she was. Yes she could assassinate someone, which is her job, but late game if she fked up in the slightest she was dead and it would cost you the game. If she succeeds in assassinating the ADC or APC, then you will probably win the fight.

Now if you take late game LeBlanc vs. late game Caitlyn persay, before you can even get your 2nd part of your passive off Caitlyn has healed to full from 3 auto's, and you are dead.
