Armor Spirit Visage

With the prevalence of AD casters and ADC champions nowadays, and Death's Dance's introduction despite Will of the Ancient's removal, could we get an armor version of Spirit Visage?

You could even fuck over top lane tanks like usual, and not give it CDR. Or take the more fair approach and tack that passive onto either Sunfire or Deadman's--- considering the fact the 20% difference in Gold Efficiency between Cleaver and those items would be balanced out by either this or adding 20% CDR to them.
