Would this ekko build be considered bad?

Please note: This build is just for FUN. I wouldn't do it in ranked even though I do it enough when there's high AD teams.

Usually Start off with go into play safe and stack it.

It's not as slow as you think with the recent changes to q cd and e if your super aggressive.

If I get a good lead I like going into (what can I say? I like pen.)

If I want to keep my lane safer I go to

Afterwards I like to get the standard if you manage to survive and scale.

now I'm not saying it's a good build, its very situational. ( and if you hate being oom like I do so much, haha.) It's actually a build that as the frozen heart would suggest, most effective against high ad teams

Why all the mana though? Not sure what's the point of going arcangels staff when there are better options on ap ekko. Lich bane and frozen are fine but now you're lacking in mr.

The extra mana also gives you an On-demand shield alongside your w one making you deceptively harder to kill. if I remember with all three you get good sized Seraphs shield ( Please correct me if i'm wrong! ) if I have to get mr against a more ad focused team like this build was meant for, I like to trade off the movement speed from boots for item 3001 for more ap and the mr/ passive that gives some form of pen/reduction. trading off the movement speed of boots. which is almost never worth it, but is possible if you really do need the mr. if you value boots a lot perhaps switch it with void.

Yea I guess so, but is buying it just for a bigger shield really worth the money, when you can invest into something like rod of ages or even zhonyas, to set up your ultimate better.

None the less, its not a bad build by any means. Just situational I would say.

The thing about this is that without health, the frozen heart loses a lot of its potential. If you want to go off tanky with a mage, roa is the way to go

Honestly do whatevers good for you, and learn how to adjust acordinly, There would be games where I build item 3027 1st on Leblanc , then going on to item 3165 , item 3020 and item 3089 .

Yes, it would be bad:

he doesn't have the cooldowns to stack item 3070

item 3110 gives pure armor, so it needs to come with health to actually be efficient.

so, the build is bad, Ekko is a tank, but even if you wanted to build pure AP this is a bad build: change tear for ROA and frozen heart with Morellos.

there is no reason to get lichbane when ur not going full ap.

sorc bots aren't bad choice since the m pen maximizes your base damages. mpen reds. thunderlords and precision. abyssal scepter. sunfirecape. spirit visage. ibg. warmogs or dead mans.

although.

item 3020 item 3001 item 3742 item 3027 item 3100 item 3089 is a good build imo.
