So, should Mega Gnar be so Tanky?

Hello there, and welcome to a post where I ask a question, and you might as well just look at a different post if you are already spamming the down button. I'm also sorry to take up any space on this vast internet with such a post. But, I'm worried, is Gnar too Tanky?

Its obvious a fix was made to stop Gnar from gaining back all the health he had as Mega Gnar to prevent healing, but was the same done for when he becomes Mega Gnar? It seems that Gnar does more than just gain a larger quantity of health, but also can gain additional health when becoming Mega Gnar. Its extremely hard to kill, and makes it that much easier to be Gnar.

I'm not saying that Gnar gains back health when he changes back to his miniature self (maybe... but that would take some serious numbers) he gains a free 40+ health when he transforms. So, if Gnar is down at like 25 health at level 18, he can just run away a ways (and remember he would have some healing item) and wait for his passive to transform him into Mega Gnar giving him 774 health. So now, I have to fight against someone who before had 25 and now has 800 health. That's not right. I would rather Gnar gain from 50 - 1000 health if it meant his gained health was ratio'd to how much health he has currently. So if Gnar has 10% of his health at that moment, he only gains 100 rather than the full 1000 health.

Teemo is suppose to counter Gnar (and though I was camped top), Gnar had no trouble fending me off. And I could never do anything because of the fact he was always able to go Mega Gnar and go right in and do whatever to me. To me, Mega Gnar is Tank, so we need to treat Mega Gnar like a Tank (or at least a Juggernaut). Make sure the armor and magic resist are fair in quantity, the health boost is fair, and that his power levels are fair. I mean, he has two possible stuns, a slow, and a health % damage on his E; his Mega form is pretty much a Tank.

On the other hand, Gnar in his regular form is actually balanced. Getting Tank items makes him harder to kill but not impossible. His abilities deal large amounts of damage but need time to learn. It doesn't change the fact that he is formidable.

I'm scared that Gnar might get the Elise, Nidalee, and Jayce treatment. He has 7 abilities and two different forms... We need to fix this before Riot takes it into their hands.

This IS how Gnar works. This has ALWAYS how Gnar has worked. When he changes into Mega form, he retains the same health percentage, but his maximum health is increased, leading to him having more HP. The same thing happens when he goes Mini. If a level 18 Gnar has 25 HP (about 1.5% HP), he would gain about 10 HP from going Mega.
