Azure Hamster1 votesLook at the champion stats and their win rates. The most seriously out of whack is currently Dr. Mundo at 57%. Given the massive number of systems and champs and... they have to work with, they're doing a pretty good job. You have to play 100 games with Dr. Mundo on the opposing team to have the outcome of 7 of them be due to Dr. Mundo's OPness.
