Im tired of seeing her dominate lane and become even stronger the game gets late. This champion needs to either be defined as a support champion or a mid laner, not both. Either you make her a support or make her into a real mid laner. There is no other champion that can fulfill both roles more better than Lulu. Thoughts?

for champions who are as effective as supports as they are as solo laners/junglers. The difference with Lulu is that she went from bot to mid/top, as opposed to going from mid/top/jungle to bot lane. For some reason, people seem to think that the latter is perfectly acceptable, and "yay for diversity in builds and roles", but the former is an aberration. There is no reason that a support should not be allowed to mid if mages and tanks are allowed to support.
And let's not get started on champions who can jungle AND solo lanes effectively.
Also, why do you ask this as though one had to exclude the other?
She is a support who can solo lanes. Mid lane Lulu focuses on her utility and supporting her team the same way bot lane Lulu does; the main difference is that she does so with her own spells being greatly enhanced by AP, while the lower budget bot lane Lulu does it with her bases values + high value item actives/passives. We wouldn't see Lulu more popular in solo lanes than bot lane if Riot hadn't decided to nerf her bases so much in favor of her scaling, even on her utility.

Wenderwall1 votesI play Lulu as sup champ while a friend plays her in Top lane. Haven't seen any mid lane lulu. That said, I don't see any dedicated support champs, so not sure how to respond. ( Also Aeolian Melodies pointed out lots of solo lanes + sup champs)

Erockandroll1 votesThere's no reason why she can't have that duality. The only real difference between the two is that APC Lulu has a little more damage and a lot stronger utility. And yet, it seems your only real complaint is how powerful her Utility actually is, later in the game. But even that's balanceable around both roles. All you would have to do is shift power from her ratios to her base.
Look at Zilliean, He's no different. He provides the exact same stuff, whether he goes mid, or support. The only difference is the strength of that utility.
