He's getting nerfed because he has literally everything in his kit

they took the stun away and his movement speed is poor now. He has to use his q basically for e to be effective as an escape or gap closer and without the stun it is a poor gap closer as it requires 2 abilities to be put on cool down with damage from one and no utility.
