Before you go through with the Banner of Command change, please consider Tank Supports

Aside from niche picks, every single Tank Support uses mana, and trading 400 of it for the point runner passive and a little bit of hp regen does not sound good to me.

Like, for real though, it is currently perfect for support tanks, giving inexpensive early mana, cdr, mix of resistances, efficient build path, and a uniquely helpful active that adds a little more versatility/gold income.

Pretty sure top lane tanks were the only other ones who could viably build this early enough to matter, but they just don't because / exist.

Like show me the outcry over this items need for change? where is it, haven't seen it, the item is fine as is..

All the change will do is make it broken on manaless champs.
