Suggested change to Aphelios's sniper passive

Going to suggest a simple change to make this thing a little bit more fair. Change it so that Aphelios can trigger the mark with another weapon at the same range as he could trigger it with his sniper rifle. maybe up the range based off AD, but a passive that both reveals the target and gives you infinite range on them is too strong. Like at least with something like 's ult, someone can body block the killing blow.
