He's worse than he was in season 3, they gave his ult 50% more damage than before and undid the w nerf that actually made it possible to play against him and now he has way better items than before. I'm sure riot's profits are going to increase dramatically this season with LC$plays

EcchiOtakuTM1 votesYep and I didn't mean to say weak straight up but the "bug fix"+LW nerf along with tiamat and brutalizer(All 3 are agreeable changes) nerfed him too hard for such a buff to have much impact.
But riot is slowly buffing him and others over time which they have stated (Such as ashe, nidalee, some assassins and a few others who were harshly affected by the changes whether it be indirect or directly)
I mean zed's kit is fine but I hope riot realizes he just needs something to fill the void in item pathing all the changes, esp the LW nerf did to him.

And the LW nerf to make it into a tank buster item only(which I really love the direction of it now) but assassins lost their squishy killing power(which is fine old LW was too consistent for the squishy killing power it offered)

They're slowly buffing him and other ad assassins who need it but even though I love the changes I feel 19+20 would just fix them to where they should as assassins giving them a item like old LW but only for the first moments of an engage where an assassination should be focused on

All he and other assassins need is a LW replacement that's not as OP as 35% penetration for an entire fight.

He was in a good spot before any buffs, he is now on the overpowered side of the spectrum. The season 6 armor and ap nerfs helped zed more than the ad changes hurt him.

AHeroNamedHawke1 votesWin rates are meaningless without pick rates. Season 4 lee sin was the undisputed best jungler in the game and had a win rate of 44. High pick/ban rates always artificially deflate a champion's win rate.

Zed has been at a 47-49% win rate since conception
Dropping to 41-43% means hes shit

His win rate remained the same both when he was pick/ban and when he was balanced, because of your very reason. Everyone played him, so his increase in power was offset by the increase in pick/ban. You don't get to 180 on your own argument friendo.

Zed was overpowered as hell when his win rates was in the upper 40's and balanced when his win rates was in the low 40's. You have to add in the pick rates to actually get an accurate picture.

What the hell are you talking about? He was balanced with a 15% pick rate and 47% win rate, broken with a 10% pick/90% ban and 47% win rate, and was shit with an 11% pick rate and ~42% win rate
There is literally no excuse for that much of a drop

Remember, the middle of the pack champions usually sit around 7% pick/ban
There are 6 champions with 7% pick rates
The average is closer to 10-11%
And no, he was balanced during the latter part of S4 and during S5 with a 15% pick rate, his win rates remained the same until season 6 when all of his items were ruined and he became awful

I'm not trying to buff them anymore but that item suggestion should fix the lost of LW build path while having counterplay unlike the old 35% armor penetration throughout an entire fight. (Which an assassination isn't about, it's about skillfully getting a target)
