Adding in Wood Divison

I have noticed when looking at the charts. That a majority of players are in Silver (like over 40%). Now we all hear about how the level of difference in players from plat to diamond is or from diamond to masters but there is less than 10% of players in thouse catagories. Match making probably feels so bad to many players because there is such a wide skill level at lower elos. So maybe adding another divison to the bottom would help even things out and make games more fun. Just a theory
