A good jungler when they see Eve locked will invade 24/7 and steal all her shit so she can't scale, your goal is to make her redundent for as long as possible - and there is counterplay to her such as Leona, naut kinda supports, urgot etc etc
On paper she looks completely busted but in execution it's pretty hard to pull off consistently
