To put things in perspective, in the last 2 months you only have 8 games in ranked with Bard. You didnt climb out with Bard.

And you are Silver 5 with Zero LP, and in danger of being demoted back to bronze. You havent escaped anything, you are still in the gravity well.

You are misrepresenting both yourself and the champion and Elo hell.

Just stop please.

While I do agree with you, your context makes me think you're underestimating bards. :P

daily reminder that you cant define elo hell for shit...

elo hell isnt bronze..

any player who is actaully gold or higher can climb out of bronze. and silver players will climb out eventualy although thier elo hell with probably be IN bronze itself instead silver or higher

elo his is the area 1-5 tiers below your actaul rank where you can maintain a pretty much 95% rate of not feeding in your lane and at least a 60% rate of dominating your lane. but you still only get about a 55% win rate because you gets teammates who feed. you are no longer are vastly better than your opponent that you can carry EVERY game.

this can between anywhere from bronze 5 if you really are a bronze, or even platinum if you a diamond or master player

and yes you WILL eventually climb out of elo hell if you play ranked nonstop. but the closer you get to your actual skill lvl the slower the climb goes. and elo hell is when you reach the point where it no longer seems to matter how good YOU do in lane becuase 95% of the time you either won your lane or didnt feed. and it's really just a matter of the other 4 players on your team much your than it is yourself anymore, because your skill in lane is no longer the major variable. because its a 5 person team.. and statically if if you did your job 100% perfect.. your still only 20% of the team.

For all the players out there who think they are stuck in elo hell, just grab a partner 2 divisions higher than you (bronze duo with gold, silver with platinum, etc.) and see if you can hold your own, if you can then you may perhaps be stuck in "Elo hell" if not then you are where you belong

As for me personally i think elo hell is a real thing to an extent but the only real way to find out is if you play in a higher division than the one you are stuck in. I started s5 like everyone else and dropped to b5 in a matter of weeks. Once down there i could never seem to get consistent teams to play with and couldn't climb out of b5 for about a month. I began to duo with a gold 3 friend (this put me in matches with people around silver 3-4) and in a few days got up to b2. I didn't feed and my friend didn't hypercarry so based on this i believe elo hell exists for some players. At the same time i also feel many players blame their lack of skill on a teammate that feeds...for example your teams adc may be feeding hard but its because you are a poor supp but bc he is feeding and you arent you assume he is the reason you lost when in reality it was your inability to land your cc, cover your adc, or poke/win trades successfully that cost your adc a death.

i havent tried that.. but i did duo with a freind who was silver 2 and it was the best game i had this year.. EVERY player on my team was as good or better than me. i had a adc who bought a pink ward (i was support) i had teammate who pinged, and warded and communicated.. the did objectives they helped each other out. i was so happy i wanted to cry. i seroiuly cant wait to reach silver 2 myself so i can play games like that more often.

if i can only get out of silver 4, i havent been able to get back to silver 2 since i ranked directly into silver 1 during postseason 3
