When is Le Blanc going to get a real nerf? (And I don't mean a gut, I mean a reasonable nerf.)

There are so many things I hate about Le Blanc, and on of them is her low CDs on everything. Her ultimate's cool down is 40/32/24. And it doesn't even cost mana. Meaning if I were to last use a Q, I could cast a better Q and deal a mother load of damage. I don't care if her other abilities cost a lot of mana, she's not the only one with a Q, W, or E that one (or all) go up to 80+ mana. What I really want to see is:

A reasonable CD on her ultimate. Like 90/60/30 like most others.
Reasonable bonus damage. Katarina had her bonus Q damage nerfed. I think that Le Blanc's possible 110/160/210/260/310 (+80% AP) could be lowered just a little to 100/150/200/250/300.
I'd also wish for her W not be able to be used again until after a 0.2 second delay. As far as Assassins go, she has more than enough burst.

0 counterplay burst needs to die, Leblanc's design needs to die.

Leblanc seems fine where she is now, however I do think if you're playing an immobile mage, lane is gonna suck for you if you're laning vs a leblanc

I played as Kassadin, a Champion who has equal mana needs that she has. Doesn't matter if he has his W, he can't dish out the damage she can. His only area damage is once every 6 spells or you jump in the middle of the area and just be her punching bag with the ultimate. I like Kassadin. He's fair and takes so much skill to use (now, not back then). Even Ekko, Evelynn, Kha'Zix, Rengar, and Katarina have more counters than she does. Yeah, even Katarina (and I hate Katarina).

keep in mind kassadin has more mobility than leblanc has lol and is tankier too

the one thing i hate is the leblanc players who know how to win lane the cheapest way. q w e , w back and farm. repeat and rinse till enemy laner has to leave or you can finish off.

My problem with her is that she can do that at all points in the game. Champs like veig have to really work to reach their lategame status

Making her ult have a huge CD just for mimicing her last ability and having it do a bit more damage seems a bit much. She bursts, that's really it. Her burst is easily predictable, and her W is long enough of a cooldown that in lane she can be abused.

She's not getting nerfed. No matter how annoying she is, she's not too strong. That's why she's getting buffed next patch.

Leblanc isn't OP and doesn't need a nerf. So many other bursty assassins can be equally or more frustrating to be against. Some champs aren't even assassins and still burst like them but get to be tankier or have more survivability. Ekko's ult is way more unfair. So is Wukong clone, Shaco stealth, GP barrels on a champ with a global ult.

Leblanc's ultimate cooldown is fine its just her character. Shes a magician why would she force herself to have high cooldowns. Leblanc's only thing is burst they cant nerf it or her playrate/winrate/banrate would drop. If she couldn't use her W back i'd also be fine. The only thing I would change on leblanc is put a 1 second cd between a base ability and her ult (etc if she uses Q she has to wait a second before using R)

Or, Riot can realize that Luden's is a bad item for the game.

Early game this item is like adding a whole extra low rank spell to your rotation.

Drop the base damage to 20 or something. Then boost the AP scaling. Something like 25% should be enough. This would greatly lower it's "win more" snowballing power without hurting it late game.

This wont fix Leblanc as whole, but it will help. I think her W needs to deal reduce damage to minions at lower ranks. This makes waveclear a form of counterplay to her. Like it was before her R rework that made her OP to begin with.
