can we just remove gunisoos?
too much of a problematic item. will always be unless the phantom hit is nerfed and deals half damage/can't heal from it or something like that.

no it wouldnt. buff kog if he has trouble after. just because 1 champion "depends" on it, doesn't mean it's healthy for the game. on hit has very little items but they are all extremely powerful and go well too well together only because of guinsoos. alone, they are balanced.
other items have tons of options but that doesn't matter. they aren't "overpowered".
