Anyone have any tips for playing against Vlad mid or top. Looks like the sustain and damage as well as move speed doesn't allow for any counter play unless you have multiple forms of hard CC. Mainly play Ziggs, Syndra, Veigar
Out of the 3 you listed imo I think syndra I the best bet... you need to rush 
and keep hitting q's on him.
Other than that you need another champ with decent regen/sustain.
Ask for ganks early. Both his q and w have long cooldowns early in the game and if you get ahead of vlad in lane you already won.
