Two things I did to have better games as adc

I switched to using 30% attack speed runes when I play ashe. It makes farming a little trickier, but I still have pretty good numbers. 30% attack speed is fucking massive early game. Having this much attack speed helps me win lane harder than pure ad and it scales better as well.

I started taking more jungle camps. I do this a lot more now. Ill take gromp whenever i rotate mid (I dont use the river anymore). When im not rotating ill take wolves and gromp if I think my lane is too pushed and its not safe. Before, I was either farming a pushed lane or backing for a minor buy. Farming the jungle takes advantage of the fact that most enemies will push the lane if left alone (in bronze). So after I take gromp, my lane is where i want it and i can go back to farming under tower. Otherwise i would have died trying to farm, or wasted time walking back from buying nothinig important at the fountain. Gold income is much higher than you would think from just taking gromp a couple of times.

So now my gold income is increased because of the jungle camps im taking, because im backing less often, and because im being caught out less often and game just seems to flow better when I take jungle camps. Probably because farming a pushed lane draws attention and creates situations that arent good.

If I push my enemy out, Ill push to tower then deal some tower dmg. After that, Ill go to gromp and by the time im finished my lane is under my tower.

Ive realized that I dont always need to rush mid when im needed there at about 10-15 minutes. Taking a second to grab the wolves nearly every time I need to rotate does a lot for my income and costs very little. I dont feel like I get set back as much from early game grouping.

Id say that the runes help take jungle camps faster and I would recommend them for that reason as well. But i thiink that the jungle camps are helping me out the most by giving me somethiing to do when it isnt safe to be in lane.

Just make sure your jungler doesn't get upset that he is losing the wolf-ward because I know that having that smite bonus is a HUGE thing to junglers.
