I do not understand how to carry as adc.

End up with more deaths than kills over 3/4 of my game. And everyone says it's an adc meta. I play mid I took an extended break, came back at S2 and was like "Let's try adc since it's super meta and Jinx is my most played and twitch is strong who I'm fairly comfortable on.'

Fast forward two weeks and I'm S5. I legit went had a 20 game block playing adc that I went 3-17. Now I'm back to mid working my way back up. I don't feel useless every game. Winrate is probably around 60%. And I do to adcs what I did to me, I do a basic 3 button rotation as a control mage and either force them to back, blow summs, or get a kill.

I don't know. I don't know how to carry as adc. The entire marksman role is whack af.

1.) Realizing that you are the primary target, and acting accordingly. Learning when to attack, and when to keep your distance.

2.) Learning to wait for an initiate or teamfight, don't try to go for picks, unless you are fed.

3.) Realize that the later the game goes, the more powerful you become - in excess of every other role in the game. This is mainly do to lifesteal and late-game scalings.

4.) Partner up. ADCs are at their best when they are WITH SOMEONE. and even better if that someone has CC.

Because ADC doesn't carry by itself, your mechanics barely matter is all about your team peeling and your JG actually applying pressure.

In this game only the best JG wins, bot lane/mid/top are all at the mercy of the jg.

I've noticed that if I'm mid and my team is way behind I can at least put up a fight but if my team is behind while I'm adc it's basically over for me. I hate feeling like I'm very dependent on my team to do well.

I'm wondering if in higher elos you don't run into scenarios where people are like 0/6 at 10 minutes since learning to not feed is pretty basic and that's makes it easier for an adc to get to where they need to be?

Well i got filled bot and it was the same thing again.

3/9 Jungle 3/10 Top 3/8 Mid

CS/min was 4 and 4.3 for my solo laners I'm at 7.9.

I don't know how to carry that, and when I'm bot this is generally par for the course to be honest. I can't roam and influence this situation bot like I can when I'm mid. My honest question is this:

If your team is just hosting a buffet, do you just abandon bot and give them the free tower(s) to try and staunch the bleeding? Like what do you even do. Keep in mind this is PAR FOR THE COURSE when I'm bot.
